The craft is also quite common in Tortoli.
The main items produced by local artisans are carpets, tapestries, baskets of various sizes and materials, as well as costumes of different kinds.
All these works are produced dettagliamene hand, such as weaving baskets made of straw and rattan detail.
Other works are the famous local weavers blankets, embroidered in any way, and various tissues (mainly wool), as covered in the past.
Other artisans produce the saddlebags instead of Talana (a small town nearby) and Bertule, containers woven with goat hair.
The weavers instead of costumes are a very important figure especially during the feast of the patron saints of the country where women parade with colorful handmade costumes and ancient looms.
In terms of art in the country has opened an exhibition of contemporary art located directly on the streets of the country, in the open. The title of this exhibition is "On Logu de S'Iscultura," or literally "the place of sculpture."
