Welcome to Tortoli and Arbatax [you are Ogliastra]
Tortoli is a small Sardinian village of little more than 10000 inhabitants, capital of the province along with other country's so-called Lanusei Florence Province.
This province is located in the central part of Sardinia, between the provinces of Nuoro and Cagliari and is washed by the Tyrrhenian Sea.
A small curiosity is offered by the fact that at just 50 000 inhabitants and 23 municipalities, the province dellOgliastra, led by Tortoli and Lanusei, is the least populated of Italy.
