Cala Mariolu is a cove in the Gulf of Orosei, its name is due to a monk seal who stole the fish hidden inside the caves by a fisherman.

The cove is surrounded by a cliff that reaches 500 meters, It is characterized by white and pink pebbles present between the sand that resemble snowflakes and a emerald sea.

The Cala is accessible by sea starting from Arbatax or Santa Maria Navarrese or for a long journey that crosses the dense Mediterranean scrub.
